A Cool Device to Sharpen All of your Knife's Different Angles
Are you still using the same knife sharpener for all of your knives at home? Did you know that all blades have different angles that range from 13 to 21 degrees? The problem is that most knife sharpeners are only made for one type of angle. So if you have a 13-degree angle on your sharpener and your expensive knife came with a 19-degree angle, you are not sharpening properly.
With its patent-pending angle gauge, this Florida-based company came up on Kickstarter with this Angle Pro Sharpener device which tells you easily the angle of your blade in seconds.

PROS & CONS: It puts a good edge on the blade and completes it with a nice hone. I like the edge angle tool. It guides you to the proper sharpeners. Well worth the money. Well it is awesome. The easiest to use and really creates a great edge. Having the different angles on the sharpeners is a genius idea. This is really perfect for the home kitchen. I don’t think it would hold up sharpening 100+ knives a month but for the home I can see this lasting as it seems very well-made. One mentioned the stones not staying in place, may have been an isolated issue. Better practice at first on cheaper knives, you may damage them until you fully grasp the technique.
